又這樣過了三個月
終於看到5開頭 !!!!!
體重:59.~~~~~(生理期前
體脂:35.8~36.7在跑
BMI:22.6
每天都是同一時間同樣尿尿完只穿內褲量
只差沒穿同一條內褲量了Orz

想起之前發文抱怨過渡期
看到推文說 一個月瘦1公斤 一年就12公斤了
覺得很有正面能量的一句話
希望在減肥的路上 大家都可以開開心心的
因為我就是典型的不高興就大吃的人
有時候甚至邊吃邊大哭 連看到飯裡面有油都哭
可是只吃水煮的東西 皮膚會乾人會變醜
減肥起來一點都不開心!!!
【飲食】
不吃炸的不吃宵夜不吃零食不吃加工食品
醬除了醬油辣椒和風醬 其他也不沾
不喝飲料冰的 連牛奶豆漿都微波才喝
抱著如果有清湯就不喝濃湯的心態
可是就算有清湯 我也不會喝完
頂多一兩口 或直接說不用湯不用甜點
我覺得「選擇食物」
到最後會變成一種習慣
別人會覺得我這樣吃是在減肥
但我自己會覺得的生活就是這樣
已經習慣吃能吃的食物 一點都不痛苦!!

偶爾對自己好一點 去吃火鍋
不吃加工食品(火鍋料)
換來超多肉跟蛤蜊 應該算是小確幸(我臺南人)
沾醬就用醬油搭蔥 超好吃!!!!

早餐通常都是饅頭夾蛋夾菜
前幾天自己夾水煮蛋很好吃!
或是地瓜+無糖豆漿

午餐吃學校 通常是雞絲飯
裡面有豆干一菜 油半匙
之前問學校阿姨有沒有沒有油酥的肉
結果接下來每一天去 他看到我
都會說 妹妹今天有喔!!!
(But某天我想吃炒飯…
他這樣問我就不好意思說no了Orz)
晚餐自助餐
三菜(深綠色)一主餐(不炸不滷)
【運動】
因為靠有氧瘦下來 所以皮都會鬆鬆的
這幾個月有嘗試重訓
但自己練 只能做些簡單的
像深蹲(背直 骨盆不要前傾)
核心(棒式只能30秒…腹捲)
其他的 自己不敢亂做
怕姿勢不對會受傷…
這方面爬好多文 只學會啞鈴練胸…
有氧方面
所以最近在滑滑步機
至於有沒有效…只能說我的體脂肪很頑固!
偶爾會上飛輪課有氧課
一堂下來真的很想靜養個100天 很累
如果沒太多時間 一小時下來真的夠了…
假如運動超過1小時 我會吃些東西

紫米飯(裡面沒東西)或
水煮蛋 蛋黃丟掉吃蛋白(早上都會吃一顆蛋)
或是香蕉

現在能穿上以前怕爆開的尺寸 真的是最大的安慰
我也並非想長命百歲 只盼終老時 不抱著遺憾離開
