各位巨巨們中秋節快樂!今天想說健身房會超空,沒想到大家還是非常的認真0.0
小妹我羅馬尼亞硬舉已經卡在80kg很久了(>3個月),今天練的時候發現可以穩個10下,
就突破到90kg(撒花~)
可能早上吃蛋糕奏效惹嘿嘿XD
(目前體脂21.7%,正在不專業增肌期XD,體重55.7kg,肌肉量24.1kg)
目標希望可以100,但不知道要多久 QQ 而且好像要找個時間點停止吃蛋糕惹 QQ
