終於體會到自己是胖的,想減肥了 - 減肥

體脂率:最近沒量了上一次量大概25左右
參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容
早餐:早餐店的漢堡&中杯紅茶(有時候太晚起床就沒吃早餐了QQ)
午餐:最近常吃素食店裡的飯菜 大概是一小碗炒飯 兩樣青菜一片豆皮
晚餐:大概同上
其他:現在已經開始戒掉飲料都改喝水(部分原因也是因為有塑化劑XDD)
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
最近有運動大概是一點多左右會睡 早上大概八九點起來
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
大三學生
運動習慣:
一個多禮拜開始實施運動減肥計畫
晚上會去跑4km左右 (會分段跑 一開始因為有抽菸加上不常運動大概跑2km休息後
慢走個800m之後再跑2km,剛剛跑完回來大概可以一次跑2.8km12min左右完成再走800m後
在完成剩下的1.2km 8min左右完成)跑步大概一個禮拜七天會跑個三、四天
回家後會做伏地挺身 大概可以做個60下左右
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
因為還不是很了解如何順利的減重,所以想請問一下我這樣的運動方式和飲食習慣
能順利的幫我減重嗎? 因為想在暑假能減掉鮪魚肚、肉肉的手臂和小腿肚
希望各位大大或許能給我一些不同的建議 謝謝!
