我的重點:以醫師叮囑及用藥為原則,不屬於醫師開立的人工製劑可以先全停。
如果利尿劑是醫師針對病症開立的用藥,請繼續以醫師叮囑為原則。
千萬別腦補擴大為『停掉所有的藥(5/10開始吃的利尿劑跟各種維他命)』
=> 貿貿然就停掉醫師用藥是否影響病症這責任....在下實在承擔不起.....Orz

正常吃,自天然食材中攝取各類營養素。

這部份我建議你下次回診時,把手邊正在食用的所有人工製劑也一併帶去問醫師,
諮詢醫師哪些能吃哪些沒必要吃,以避免藥物與人工製劑之間產生交互或干擾作用。
PS:人工製劑是說你正在食用的B C CA HEME鐵 DHA E 膠原蛋白........

如果你業經醫師診斷真的患有梅尼爾氏症或相關臟器功能有問題(心肝腎....)而

既然健康亮紅燈,目前首要目標應該是以養病為重!至於減肥....就先擺一邊吧!
