最近開始睡前做空中騎腳踏車和仰臥起坐
次數都不多
空中腳踏車大約只做50下
仰臥起坐約20~30下
然後腳升45度左右只會做10秒,約3次(訓練下腹肌肉)
我想請問經期來時
還能做這運動嗎?謝謝
