因為最近胃炎+脹氣嚴重
吃藥治療中
需要咬的食物暫時忌口,肉少吃
有時外食不方便吃原型食物
需要吃藥、胃散緩解胃痛跟脹氣
其他正餐以粥品或蛋三明治為主
腸胃會舒服一點
目前早餐改喝綠拿鐵,胃比較舒服
晚餐可能也改喝這樣的蔬果汁
但少蛋白質的攝取,
因為脹氣,牛奶、豆漿也要少喝了
想添加乳清在裡頭,不知道有沒有比較適合的口味推薦
不知道有沒有人這樣搭配喝
怕買錯搭起來的味道怪
