練不出線條如何練出有形的肌肉? - 健身

我本身每天都會鍛鍊身體從大一到大三每天幾乎都會去學校健身房練重量
寒暑假回家也都會在家做仰臥起坐機跟舉啞鈴或伏地挺身
腹肌是有稍微練出來了但我感覺沒有很結實只有四塊而且左右不對稱旁邊感覺還很多肥肉
而我感覺我的手臂沒有線條肌肉也沒很結實不知該如何是好
我之前都是每天去健身房把所有器材做2~4輪都做自己剛好能負荷的重量一組25下
磅數沒有調很重可是感覺好像沒啥效果...
常常被朋友笑沒肌肉感覺好丟臉
1.是我做的方法不對嗎?
2.如果我每天都做重量沒讓肌肉休息會怎麼樣嗎?肌肉會長不大嗎?
3.還有要讓肌肉有線條是要做肌耐力(重量剛好可以做很多下)
還是爆發力(做自己極限的重量做到極限次數)呢?
4.伏地挺身可以練到手臂嗎?是有分練胸部的跟練手的嗎?
5.做仰臥起坐的時候手要放在脖子那邊做還是交叉放在胸前做比較好?
側腹肌要怎麼練?
6.我目前計畫是每天晨泳2000公尺慢跑十公里
伏地挺身仰臥起坐各300下啞鈴5組(不同姿勢)共500下這樣的練法OK嗎?
有哪位大大可以提供我不錯的菜單或是哪裡需要改正
還有組數一次做幾下比較好?
請各位大大幫我這個嫩咖回答這些問題
