是正常的嗎?
從一開始蜜月期(一週練五天)
到現在一週三天(練一休一,休息日就快走1小時,飛輪半小時)
之前一組都抓15下做到力竭
現在重量有增加卻習慣一組只能10下
一開始嚐鮮每個機台都輪流作(機械式+冷門時段,老手巨巨大多在自由區)
現在就兩台輪流
菜單 一組都10下(組間休息一分鐘內)
高位拉力先四組,換坐姿胸推四組
接著去做捲腹(讓手臂喘息一下)
接著又是拉力四組,胸推四組 結束一輪
去沙發休息喝水,5-10分鐘後開始下一輪
(後兩輪開始累了,休息就變長,重量也減輕)
一天作四輪,高位拉力機有三台,通常都有空。胸推機有人就換肩推或低位拉力
由於膝蓋關係(韌帶開兩次刀,不堪回首),腿部訓練就沒作了
由於腎臟病關係(蛋白質要限制)
主要蛋白質來源
一天只能兩塊肉,500cc 牛奶或豆漿
是因為這原因還是訓練量關係?
