練伏地挺身一個禮拜後手肘很緊 - 健身

最近小弟開始健身
大約十天前練完伏地挺身後
這幾天已經不會痠痛
但是手肘連接三頭肌的地方
只要手肘彎曲時就會非常的緊繃
有點像橡皮筋被拉住的感覺
用手去捏緊繃的部分會有痠痛的感覺
請問這是因為肌肉還未恢復的正常狀況
還是已經產生了運動傷害呢?
