練哪個部位最抗拒 - 健身

Table of Contents


雖然訓練是要讓自己體態更好 或其他目的

結果會讓自己開心

但訓練的過程不免有些痛苦

大家在練哪些部位或動作的時候

都要先心理建設一下

我覺得最需要心理建設的是腹部 因為真的很痛苦

再來是引體向上 也是頗痛苦

該如何克服訓練腹部的恐懼阿

請教各位巨巨 大神 感謝!!
