就是上上星期 小弟練了臥推
到最近發現 兩手舉起來
上胸 斜的一條筋會很緊蹦
大概休息快一個星期了!! 還是很緊QQ
請問有版友這樣過嗎??
如果筋這樣"緊蹦"(台語)繼續練握推 會不會筋斷掉XD
(這問題如果太愚蠢 請多包涵^^")
