各位好
我確定有睡7小時的情況下 (一次睡到醒)
練完以後隔天覺得全身疲倦是正常的嗎?
不是痠痛的那種撕裂感
而是全身無力的那種疲倦感
最近重訓有時候隔天就會突然出現這種感覺
已經影響到生活品質了= =
是可以靠飲食改善這種狀況嗎?
我看爬文是有氧運動比較會出現這種現象
可是我的經驗反而都是重訓後比較會有這種感覺
以前天天打球隔天還是生龍活虎阿?
