我是全新手 請各位大大不要炮我
上網看了很多文章跟影片還有下載APP的教學
我發現有很多老師在教重訓都只是在一個地墊上做各種伸展
像這篇

可是另外有些老師在提到重訓時會使用啞鈴 拉力器等等的物品
請問一下做重訓是一定要配合各種器具嗎?
還是說配合器具的效果會比較好 ?
