小弟是個剛練三四個月的新手
之前都是一週六練
胸三頭。背二頭。肩腿。
三天一輪這樣
但是最近因為時間關係
只能練二三四 六日。剩五天
所以有點困擾課表排法
沒辦法再各個部位一週兩次
我還蠻喜歡一週兩次的
想請問大家一週五練的朋友的建議
