練硬舉穿壓力褲比較好嗎? - 健身

各位好,本人健身大約半年多
一直都保持每周3~4次的頻率
我課表是排全身訓練的
Day1:硬舉/平胸、上胸握推/滑輪拉背/二頭
Day2:深蹲/握推/肩推/3頭
Day3:硬舉/平胸、上胸握推/有氧
中間都間隔一天輪著做
一開始都以姿勢正確為目標在做
現在有朋友一起去開始嘗試力竭
但開始有點小問題出現了
Day1硬舉完力竭後隔天或後天都累得不像話
導致下次訓練腿部的時候品質大幅下降
在網路上我看到有人推壓力褲可以減少乳酸堆積
是看到滿多巨巨都有穿
但我不敢問巨巨
來問各位有需要入手一件嗎?
