練背部但肩頸痠是正常嗎 - 健身

練背部的方式因為沒有去健身房
所以我是買彈力繩
做飛鳥和划船/或拿啞鈴做飛鳥
但做飛鳥時~練到15-20下時~
肩頸部位會覺得痠~請問那樣是正常的嗎?
之前上板爬文~練背時要感覺背部往後夾~用背來帶動手臂
才不會手先廢掉但背部沒感覺
我是手不會痠~但肩頸會痠~想問這樣是不是正常的
(但是隔天是都還不會痠就是了.....= =+)
