各位好,想請教一些關於練胸時,左邊力量掉很快的問題。以下是自己平時練胸的菜單:
熱身:
槓鈴臥推12RM*2
正式:
1. 槓鈴臥推 5RM*5
2. 機械式上斜胸推 8RM*5
3. Cable上斜夾胸 10RM*4
4. Cable 下斜夾胸 10RM*4
而最近訓練重量越來越大時,發現每次臥推完要訓練上胸時(第二個動作約第2-3組時),第
一下要發力時,左邊很無力,無法將重量推起,需要代償很多前三角才能啟動,但右邊完全
正常發力。從第二個動作開始左邊力量就開始掉很快,從第一組的8RM開始掉到只剩5RM. 而
每次做完左邊肩膀和上斜方都有不適感。想請問各位過去有沒有類似的經驗?是有神經被壓
迫到還是單純的左邊比較沒力?或是肩夾擠症候群?
再麻煩請教有經驗的前輩
