會覺得自己的胸部變比較有彈性嗎?
我這幾個月有斷斷續續在練胸,
機器跟電腦人伏地挺身,TRX都有,
認真練的時候可以抖胸部,但因為目前還沒有具體的成效~
覺得沒在練的時候胸部比較軟,比較好搓圓搓扁的,
有在練的時候比較有彈性,應該說底層的肉沒辦法完全壓到底。
是真的這樣還是我的錯覺啊?
因為單身3年10個月又16天了,沒有人可以提供對照組心得,
所以斗膽上來請教大家…
另外,抓不到胸肌感覺的新手的話,
去健身房用機器真的滿推薦的,
我是用蝴蝶機還有大陸翻成拉索的那個東西,台灣我不知道翻成什麼…
去了幾次以後我的胸肌就會動了,再練電腦人的話比較能控制胸肌出力。
不然一開始做電腦人胸肌,其實都不確定自己到底練對地方沒有,常常是三頭比較酸。

這是我看到比較全面的中文教學影片,
但照著做,推胸跟夾胸的強度都還好而已啊,
還不如紮紮實實地做電腦人…
