目前一週會在健身房鍛煉五天,都是一小時重訓搭配35-45分鐘有氧。
但是這週開始加強重訓強度後,練完腿就無法有氧了,因為上下樓梯都已經會抖。
重訓動作是
1.推蹬
2.深蹲
3.硬舉
4.單腿深蹲
5.槓鈴早安(好像是叫這樣)
目前正在發抖中,請問我該做那種有氧比較好?
