身邊有些朋友因為不同運動
造成大腿的內外側、或前後側肌肉不太均勻
最後傷到膝蓋,
而自己也擔心,雖然前後都有練,但不知道到底有沒有練的均衡,怕破壞原來的平衡傷到
膝蓋,
想問大家練腿有什麼方法來避免嗎?
