練腿跟上身的關聯 - 健身

我個人身邊的人狀況是這樣的
假設兩個人一周都重訓5天
不做其他運動
工作非體力型的
一個有練腿
所以就少了一天練上半身
一個沒練腿
就多了一天練上半身
結果一年後
沒練腿的那個
胸背肩膀二三頭都比有練腿的那個練得好
但腿比較細也比較沒力
但如果有練腿的那個
是練六天多一天來練腿
也許上半身就不會比較差甚至有可能會好一點
所以上半身是練得起來的
只是不好看而已
上半身很壯 大腿不成比例的細
上次我充電器插頭忘了拔,然後就______
少了一個插座可以用很不方便
之前我多用了一天練腿,然後就______
少了一天可以練胸背
就這樣而已
