練跑步 及增肌 - 健身

想請教各位肌肉猛男/女
最近在重新練跑,目標一周5日,一個月不超過200k
目前第一個月剛開始,應該在100k初頭
安排4-5天跑步
(平日2、3、4跑5k,六日10k)
目前175/64kg,因為覺得自己身形偏瘦不好看
想要增到68。
目前跑步心跳約在最大心跳80-85%之間
在想課表安排上,若是早上一大早跑步,晚上在做重訓(一周三天)
或是跑步的休息日做重訓
這樣的安排是好的嗎?
