在平常生活中保持核心出力時
應該是要縮小腹(有出力的感覺)
還是吸氣讓肚子往四面八方擴張呢?
因為都有聽大家說過這兩種
但不知道哪個才是對的或是有效的呢
還是兩個其實都可以?
