單純有一個疑問,想請教一下各位
減重的大原則上,只要吃進去的熱量小於TDEE,體重就會下降應該沒錯吧?
如果有一個A先生的TDEE是2000
但他的飲食習慣是週一到五每日只攝取500卡,但六日各攝取4000卡。
(500*5)+(4000*2)=10500
原則上低於一週總TDEE的14000
撇開體質/健康/短期變化等問題
如果將時間拉長成一兩個月甚至更長
那這個人的體重是會上升還是下降?
