自從打疫苗身體有點敏感
身體隨便動,心跳大約從65->145左右
肥胖者我目前運動 無大礙 ,體能應該比新手好些
但我不知道怎麼鍛煉心肺能力,增加肺部血氧能力?
下面是偶爾運動一日菜單
深蹲40-50kg 7x3組
腿推機160kg 12x3組
腿推機200kg 5x3組
滑步機就穩定的跑20分鐘

運動時會盡量把肚子的氣排除,讓身體自動反吸
