早餐:自己準備的 兩片白吐司夾生菜一片+煎瘦肉..蛋.番茄.蘋果.
有時吃蛋餅夾鮪魚罐頭+小黃瓜絲
有時會吃蒸地瓜+水煮蛋+奇異果+香蕉
來不及準備就吃傳統飯糰
飲料一律喝無糖黑咖啡or自己煮的鮮奶+紅茶or豆漿(皆無糖)
午餐:外面買的滷排骨便當或湯麵 大多都吃光或剩一點點(飯吃不完)
湯麵不喝湯or喝一兩口(因為不愛喝湯又愛吃湯麵)
晚餐:媽媽煮的營養晚餐 飯1/3碗+青菜大量吃...
媽媽煮什麼吃什麼
(煎魚.滷肉滷豬腳.燙青菜.糖醋排骨or泡菜炒里肌肉等複雜菜色也會有)
飯後水果:家裡水果很多,選擇一兩種吃一點點 大多吃芭樂跟蘋果及西瓜)
其他:下午餓了以前會吃一兩顆甜軟糖或巧克力
認真減肥後改喝無糖豆漿or吃蘋果
日常作息時間:每天約晚上12點睡到7:30,中午午睡半小時。
生活型態:上班族,平均來說約有一半時間坐著,
但有時忙起來一天都坐不到椅子
(需要瘋狂走來走去,會趁走動時盡量走樓梯7樓層以上)
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、持續時間長短、及相關運動史)
最一開始有跑步的習慣只能在健身房上以8的速跑15分鐘(1.7公里左右),一週約2天
後來改跑操場,也一週跑步兩天,一次20分鐘左右,最多跑2.5公里
最近兩週因為跟人打賭1.5個月後要看出小成果,所以一有空就去跑步
現在已經可以一週4-5天連續跑30分鐘(跑操場),一次3.5公里(不含快走)
心跳數的話今天去了健身房量大約可以維持在115-120左右,
一週大約最少會去一天的健身房,除了跑步30分鐘(速度8.5-9)之外
也會騎腳踏車15分(心跳120) 以及腹部+手臂重訓15-20分鐘(慢慢做)
然後一週會打一次羽球約一小時。

其實在維持身材階段時因為換了工作,新工作一開始大多坐著,
即使沒多吃還是硬生生胖了兩公斤,臉圓了肚子肉也肥一圈出來
這次是因為自己本來就有點小肉,加上與人約定,
所以很有動力想在一個半月(剛好生日)看到點小成果
想瘦至少2kg...不知道如果1.5個月想瘦2公斤,我還可以做哪些努力??
