借標題問一下,內文提到棒式可以練腹肌這句話,
依小弟的理解,要使肌肉感受刺激主要透過伸縮(離心向心)去鍛鍊,
棒式只是撐在那邊,雖然持續出力不過應該效果頂多繃緊核心增強穩定性吧(?
那換做其他動作,深蹲臥推等等更須核心緊繃的動作不是效果更加嗎?
自從和尚宣揚棒式後,身邊不管高矮胖瘦幾乎都已將這名詞跟腹肌等號了
到底棒式有多神奇啊啊啊~~
