老人增強體適能 - 健身

奶奶今年86歲,有糖尿病。
身高已倒縮到145左右,但體重約有55吧跟我差不多重
體脂肪我不知道,但她的肚子有點大,應該高於平均。
身體狀況處於走幾步路就會氣喘吁吁的,走路必須攙扶或是杵拐杖。
小弟有個小小心願,就是讓奶奶至少在離開人世之前
可以自己走路,過健康一點的生活。
因此想請問板上各位先進,
如何增進一位已經80幾歲老人的心肺能力、肌力與肌耐力?
由於奶奶目前的身體狀況不可能讓她自己來。
一方面她老人家也比較不太愛動。
還是跪求各位幫小弟想想辦法,感激不盡!!
