體脂率:38%~40%

三餐內容
早餐:如果吃早餐店的話,幾乎都吃漢堡或蛋餅
有時吃一顆飯團或吐司夾果醬
午餐:1/3碗飯量,很愛吃肉,會吃青菜,基本上是媽媽煮什麼吃什麼
晚餐:1/3碗飯量,基本上是吃中午的剩菜..
其他:
其實一直遲遲不敢寫減肥文是因為我的午晚餐都在家吃,很不固定吃什麼
不知道該怎麼寫才好,但大致上會有一樣青菜,一樣肉(魚或豬比較常出現)
然後我不太愛喝湯,也不太吃水果..
日常作息時間:
早上八點起床,晚上差不多12點入睡,假日會比較晚睡,晚起。
生活型態:
目前算半職考生,在家幫忙,早上有安排時間運動(和看書)
運動習慣:
目前因為膝蓋不舒服在休息中..
之前是天天晚上去跳有氧或皮拉提斯(每天晚上課程不同)
現在正在學游泳
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
從一月份開始減肥到現在
本來很難養成的運動習慣,現在已經習慣天天去運動了
因為還是不太忌口,所以到現在體重是從87公斤→78公斤,
體脂則是45%~47%左右到目前的38%~40%
飲食方面我到現在還一直在調整..~"~
想請問的是,我大約從下個禮拜開始會慢慢的回復有氧運動
目前的運動有三種:健身房(以滑步機、腳踏車、跑步機快走為主)
游泳(正在學,目前只能25公尺吧..)
每天晚上的有氧或皮拉提斯課程(固定會去的)
想請問版友們,除了我每天晚上固定會去上課之外
我還有早上的運動時間(約7點至9點)
想請問怎麼安排會比較適當呢?
如果有什麼不足的地方,我會再加強說明@@..謝謝~
