原文先吃了...
肉跟澱粉分開吃的方法真的有效.
缺點是.澱粉減量的第3天開始.....
就有可能出現頭暈目眩的感覺了...( ̄□ ̄|||)a
個人也是上班族. 但超愛吃飯啊.麵包啊之類的食物.
快30歲時就瞬間從42公斤胖到62公斤去了.!!!!
於是看到人家說吃肉減肥. 也比較不容易餓.
就開始了不吃澱粉的減肥了!!
早餐:便利商那種大熱狗1根 + 茶葉蛋1顆
午飯:自助餐的菜跟肉,沒有飯!!
(盡量挑選花椰菜.高麗菜系的.!!! 吃魚或豬或雞.不吃紅肉)
晚飯:涮涮鍋,不喝湯,不吃白飯.只吃主餐跟那盤菜....
炸雞排.塩酥雞.炸花枝....... 總之不吃澱粉,晚餐也只吃到7分飽.
一整天:狂喝無糖茶. (就泡茶包就好了,省錢又減肥)
就這樣, 大概以一天0.5公斤的速度往下減.
不過大概減到3公斤時都會停頓一下.但還是要堅持下去!!
個人大約減了2個月.到達50公斤....
