肌耐力訓練的重量選擇 - 健身

一直以來的觀念都比較習慣看重量與反覆次數
大略區分是8~12下肌肥大 或是5下以下力量訓練等等
練肌肥大也是會練到肌耐力跟力量只是效果問題
但最近跟幾個WG的巨巨聊到說
如果是主要訓練肌耐力要如何選擇重量
自己的觀念是能做到15下以上是主要肌耐力的訓練
那是否30下 甚至50以上都是訓練肌耐力為主
那該選擇15下的重量還是50下的重量呢??
