肌肉不用力到底看不看得出來 - 健身

最近看了板上的一些新手文,也開始嘗試持續做重訓
第一個月體脂肪也從18降到17
但是練到現在有個小小的問題
就是像是腹肌這玩意,當然是要有形狀才會好看,但是我自己練到現在
假如沒有出力,放鬆的話,他馬上又會變成一大團XD
所以想問問,假如練到後來,是可以練到讓腹肌就算不出力,也還是有形狀的嗎?
