減肥方式:每天早上到健身房上有氧課程
問題陳述:因為剛加入健身房.
那裡有一台很神奇的機器可以測出全身的脂肪跟肌肉的比例.
我測出來的比例是81分(算好的)
但是我有個疑問.因為我的體態就感覺比較大隻.
雖然他測出我的脂肪只多了4kg.肌肉也比正常多了4Kg
教練是說這樣很好.叫我只要把脂肪減下來就好了.
但是我還是不想要體態太過大.所以我是肌肉型的身體
要怎麼減呢?
