而有些人一樣有運動習慣,老了還是一樣威猛(健身俱樂部的老先生)
我在想是不是差在有沒有持續練重訓(不歸路?)?
另外有些人沒啥運動習慣老了還是"精瘦"型(不過運動能力就很差了)
