這1個月來1周大蓋有5~6天騎XBIKE
1次大約1HR~3HR不等 阻力5 RPM 80~90
我的肌肉在爬樓梯OR打球時會覺得虛虛的 有點無力的感覺
要怎麼不停止騎XBIKE然後也不會有這個症狀呢?
