我之前在查緩解酸痛的方法時看到最好不要每天練或很常練同個肌群,說要給肌肉成長
目前我是一個禮拜去3.4天,有空就去練,而且沒分部位只有分上半身、核心、下半身
連做兩天休一天再兩天,一天上核,隔天下核這樣,每次都去兩個多小時(+有氧),因為不用排隊所以可以想做就做
菜單如下
組數我都看當天狀況做增加或減少,約4~8組
上半身:啞鈴臥推、啞鈴划船、滑輪站姿划船、滑輪三頭下壓+過頭、坐姿下拉
核心:仰臥起坐板、羅馬椅、滑輪機練側腹
下半身:腿推機、深蹲、硬舉
小健身房練腿的機器只有腿推機,下半身+核心大概一個多小時就能做完了
沒去健身房的時候在家會做伏地挺身、分腿蹲跟一些多功能訓練
想問一下這樣的安排會很緊湊嗎?
巡場教練說分開練比較好,一天練兩種部位之類的,可是我是買計次的這樣要多去幾天,目前因為工作不固定還沒打算包月,之後會去大型連鎖店再包
飲食方面我都吃很均衡,肥胖問題已經十幾年了,現在知道哪裡出問題了就改掉,然後不碰垃圾食物跟含糖飲料
3個月瘦10KG,現在還在持續下探中,BMI從輕微肥胖→過重
另外坐姿下拉是練背的吧?我感覺是三角肌比較酸,背肌也是有動到但當下沒有太大的感覺
換引體向上只能做3.4下就不行了,有沒有其他練背能夠感受背部再動的?
