請問你所謂的重訓就是做bodypump嗎?還是有另外做機器?
我目前也是在努力養肌肉+養基代+減脂
主要都是做團體有氧運動,以這星期為例,計畫做:
四次飛輪,二次body pump,一次bodyjam,一次bodybalance
我知道菁華區有許多關於pump的討論
基本上就是把它歸類為有氧,重訓還是要做機器云云
但是在網路上也查到其他文章把pump歸類為重訓
很想聽到一年減脂這麼成功的前輩分享到底是不是非得做機器不可?
pump有音樂有教練帶做起來真的很愉快,
但是重訓機器相對來說就枯燥許多。
