如題,最近持續進健身房鍛鍊,腿手胸背都有作訓練
大概進行了約一周後,開始會用儀器來檢視身體狀況
發現身體在3天內肌肉重量提升了約300g,身體四肢和軀幹的肌肉重量也都約有50~100g的
進步
想請問這樣子算是正常的嗎?? 還是說可以再增加訓練的強度呢?
