六角槓硬舉是不是可以舉比較重 - 健身

硬舉一直是我的罩門
一般硬舉常常腰酸 後來都做相撲硬舉
後來我有試試看六角槓
發現重量多了10公斤 但是沒有比較累 腰也不酸
甚至感覺還能加10公斤
是不是我核心太弱了呢
