如何鍛鍊大腿內側肌力呢??? - 健身

請教各位健身的大神們
小弟髕骨外翻
因為外側肌肉太緊繃
復健科醫生建議我多做些放鬆大腿外側的練習
同時也叫我多做些可以鍛鍊大腿內側的訓練
讓外側柔軟點 內側可以強壯點
最近會開始膝蓋中間夾緊橡皮擦撐個一分鐘
請問效果會好嗎???
另外如果買個類似彈力球夾在雙膝之間 每天練習夾緊個50-100次
也會有幫助嗎???
