上面那個我知道,我現在就有在練,就是用龜派氣功的姿勢把藥球推出去然後接住重複動作,要點是要微蹲接球後身體往後帶才有力量推出去,可以練核心爆發
那下面那個呢?看圖很像兩手推球,是練手腕嗎?
