肌肉量不停的往下掉怎麼辦? - 健身

大家好!小弟在今年三月初爬完Fitness 版開始了減肥之旅
那時候是94公斤,當時並未測量Inbody
並在今年5/15進行第一次測量

那時候的我看到體重有掉就安心了
而在七月的時候決定健身讓自己體態變的更好,順便穩住肌肉量,並在今年7/23進行測量

這時才開始發掘肌肉量開始往下掉,每次只要有健身必定喝乳清蛋白以及雞胸肉(全家賣的
一大塊)
就在今天10/1號進行成果驗收,雖然各方面都趨近正常了,但Omg我的肌肉怎麼又掉了!!
!崩潰的我回到家非常的難過

每一個禮拜一、三、五一定會去慢跑(保證五公里不間斷,甚至更多)二、四一定會去健身
並且補充蛋白質,三不五時還會去打羽球(羽球愛好者)
一~五飲食也都控制的好好的
早餐:黑咖啡或不吃
中餐:只有青菜(一大盆)
晚餐:雞肉或牛肉便當一個
六、日跟朋友聚餐會放縱一下自己,畢竟減肥是長久的怕自己撐不住!
請問小弟我到底問題出在哪裡嗚嗚嗚嗚(掩臉)
