肚子小了但仍然沒有腰身 - 美體

先大概說明一下我的運動及飲食狀況
生活型態:早上7點起床,大約12:00~12:30睡覺
上班要長時間坐著,只能利用倒水跟上洗手間的時間離開座位
運動:一星期至少3~4次
一次為一小時有氧(健身房或鄭多燕第一片)
另外只要有運動的那天一定會做鄭多燕的腹部加強
飲食:
早餐 無糖豆漿或無糖咖啡+起司or玉米o三明治
中餐 自己帶便當,水煮1~2份蔬菜、菇類、魚肉或雞肉,
主食大多為冬粉、地瓜或五穀飯
晚餐 每天都會吃一根香蕉幫助排便,另外再吃兩份水果(蘋果,奇異果,葡萄,橘子...)
週末 最近比較常跟朋友吃大餐,不過隔天一定都會運動消耗掉
不喝飲料,每天至少喝2000cc的水,每天排便都很順暢
洗完澡後會用顆粒手套按摩大腿及腹部加強代謝

我從11/1開始減肥到現在,體重減了約2公斤,體重降2%
(等到達到我的目標後再跟大家分享)
原本我的肚子很大,站著的話從正面看的出有點凸出
現在正面已經完全是平的,但是坐著的話還是有肚子
可是我還是...完全沒有腰身!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
就是人家所說的水桶腰
其實以前學生時期的時候我一直都很瘦,而且最引以為傲的就是我的腰臀曲線
我本來就不是那種腰很細的人,但以前至少還看的出有腰線
上班之後肚子跟屁股都越坐越大,所以這也是我減肥的重點目標
但今天一照鏡子,突然覺得好想哭喔
我根本就是無腰人嘛〒△〒
不知道大家有什麼建議呢?是不是應該改變運動方式呢?
PS:當然我知道基因的成份居多,但至少希望看起來是有腰線的
