女孩們放下計算卡路里的計算機吧!美媒報導,研究發現,每週有兩天完全不吃如麵包、
麵條等澱粉類食物的減肥效果,比每天低熱量的飲食還來得有效。報導也說,此方法除了
能達到減肥效果外,也讓人體內中的胰島素及肥胖荷爾蒙趨於穩定。
美媒報導,研究將115位乳癌高風險群的女性隨機分配到3種不同飲食模式的組別中,分別
是:每週有兩天大量減少攝取澱粉類食物,剩下的5天則有卡路里限制;每週有兩天大量
減少攝取澱粉類食物,但剩下的5天沒有卡路里限制;每天固定攝取1500卡路里的食物。
研究人員發現,如果女性在一週內有兩天不吃澱粉類食物,並在剩下的5天中正常飲食,4
個月下來平均可瘦約4公斤,反觀每天固定只吃約1500卡路里的女性,同樣時間內則平均
瘦了2公斤。
研究人員Michelle Harvie表示,雖然這樣的飲食方式可以有效控制體重及胰島素,但對
人們一般的飲食習慣而言,要民眾持之以恆做這樣的飲食,仍非常困難。研究人員也說,
研究的另一項成果,則是進一步了解澱粉類攝取與乳癌之間的關係。
