小妹我身高160,體重大約44~45
前幾天在美容中心意外的量到體脂肪是17
(美容小姐本來是想跟我推銷睡她們儀器可以消體脂肪,但是驚呼17後就沒推銷了)
所以看來17應該是偏少?!!!
因為小姐後來沒再提了,所以我也沒有再發問
目前身材四肢應該都算合格偏瘦,但是偏偏有個問題從國小六年級就困擾我(遠目)
應該是因為長期坐姿不良導致小腹和腰肉囤積
而且再吃飽後真的蠻大大大大...的> <,讓我後來都不敢穿貼身的衣服
以前只知道要做仰臥起坐可以消腰間肉
我也不是不愛運動,可以跑步,騎車,羽球排球,但是唯獨對於仰臥起坐始終沒辦法持久
最多紀錄是只能做到30下,不能在上去了,太痛苦了,總是在30下的當下宣告放棄
應該對於腰要出力真的是我的罩門,我很使不上力捏!!!
但是對於跑步可以持續一週3次,每天30分鐘以上卻不覺的痛苦,甚至覺得流汗真好
只是持續的慢跑並不能幫我消到小腹
今天意外發現這個版,爬了一下知道有電腦人這個資訊
只是看了一下覺得也是類似仰臥起坐,只是有個老師在電腦前陪你做
不知道對於長期累積的小腹,除了新查到的電腦人,我還能怎麼去救他?!!!!
