一直以來沒有很胖過
以前甚至可以說是蠻瘦的
三十歲過後有變胖了些
但是肚子上從小到大始終有兩條橫紋很困擾
想請問解決方法
是體脂太高嗎
我自己用歐姆龍量是很肥的22 (173/70)
這一兩年有斷斷續續在練
身材有變扎實一點不過當然離巨巨們很遙遠
想請問是否要先控制飲食先減脂
還是持續增肌?

這兩條肥宅線(?)似乎跟體脂無關
應該是跟長期坐姿駝背有關
只是不知道改善坐姿有沒有可能消掉
好像有點難
