目前練腿遇到一個問題,
因為深蹲架佔滿,所以用器材。
器材:腿推(不確定正確名稱),
一組窄腿(專注股四頭),
下一組寬腿(專注股二頭),
兩組重量一樣,
然後這樣為一單位(兩組)的訓練
這樣是可行的嗎?
還是先窄腿練完再來換寬腿?
這個想過應該後一個部位會沒力量完成...?
