吃東西的時候,慢慢吃,慢慢感受舌尖的美味,
謝謝食物給我們能量能夠生活與運動,做想做的事情,去想去的地方,看想看的東西
把想把的咩(誤)
而不是擔心它會變成一堆脂肪堆在我們身上~
根據心理學現象-「自證預言」(self-fulfilling prophecy)
我們若越是懼怕食物、越是害怕他會變成一堆脂肪堆在我們身上
不啻等於是變相的在授予這些脂肪或體重一股堅定的念力
等於在冥想催化這些負面想法,使之真的成為脂肪或附在我們身上除不去的重量
然後他就會如我們所願堆在我們身上 => 夢想成真,雖然不是我們要的,
卻是我們朝思暮想催化出來的 ┐(─__─)┌
因為
是我們自己不斷在用信念"加持"現實化這個意念
我們的身體就會在無形中傾盡全力去幫我們完成這個願望
即使我們真正想要的是減重或變瘦
然而我們卻讓「脂肪堆積、肥屎了、屎胖子、好想屎...」
這類崩潰的想法的出現的頻率大過一切(無心插柳柳澄汁 之 好的不靈壞的靈啊啊啊)
所以,結果.....你懂的 => 霉夢成真 ╮(° □。)╯
水可載舟,亦可覆舟~
文字,言語,動作,感覺,情境 => 心錨
根據巴甫洛夫的實驗(他把 鈴聲 和 狗的因飢餓而流口水狀態 聯成一個神經鏈)
透過內心儲存的記憶及生理狀態的改變
我們可以在很短的時間內改變個人,不過這種改變是下意識的
然而若想不假思索便能自動地改變心境,那就非得靠心錨不可
總之,
灰暗的文字、負面的情緒、悲觀的思維,無助於突破現況,反而流於設下心錨
多晒晒太陽、儘量正面積極樂觀看待所有人事物,有助於產生新心錨取代舊心錨
這樣才能助自己突破無形中、無意中給自己下的"瘦不了"的心錨
如果真的心理有狀況 且 持續一段時間而無法自拔 => 請洽心理諮商或身心科~
這就跟傷風感冒一樣沒啥大不了...┐(─__─)┌
