最近想透過仰臥起坐來縮減我那鮪魚肚,請問一下版上達人,在床上做的效果是否會比
較差?
個人的經驗在床上(不硬也不軟)仰臥起坐時往往能很順利的做數十到一百下(分次),但
在巧拼上做不到50個就腰酸背痛,才想說會不會在床上做的效果都是白練的?
漸進式的話一天最好做幾個比較好呢? 個人目前是一百下/天…會不會有點少@@"
