早餐:1.全家藍莓貝果+優格or咖啡
2.饅頭夾蛋+饅頭+早餐店豆漿or紅茶一杯(或是加肉包)
3.卡啦雞腿堡+大冰奶
午餐:悟X養生便當(2片肉 1碗五穀飯 4菜左右)+小7無糖豆漿
咖哩飯+無糖豆漿
義大利麵+無糖豆漿
晚餐:華X經濟便當(三菜一豆干一切片香腸)+小7盒裝飲料
大碗牛肉麵+小7盒裝飲料
滷雞腿便當(四菜)+小七盒裝飲料
宵夜: 全家藍莓貝果+優格
全家烤雞飯糰+優格
日常作息時間:凌晨1~4點睡 9~10點起床
生活型態:準備考研究所的學生
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
有氧一周運動5~6天 每次慢跑30分鐘 跑前暖身10分跑完暖和20分
沒重訓的天數就會跑40~60分鐘
都在凌晨11:30~12點多開始跑=口=
重訓一周四天
星期一 胸:捲腹熱身3~4組(就..很像吃果子拜樹頭0.0"?)
史密斯臥推20~30KG 熱身1~2組
史密斯臥推60KG 遞減 做到熱身重量上去一點只能1~2下
斜板飛鳥30磅 3~4組
W槓做三頭5kg~2.5Kg 2~3組 (有時候不做=__=")
捲腹的那個拉繩的機器做三頭肌 3組
星期二 背:捲腹熱身3~4組
頸後下拉60磅熱身2~3組
輔助單槓(下面有東西可以墊的)4~6組
一個機器拉闊背的2~3組
啞鈴單臂划船30磅2~3組
星期三 三頭:
捲腹熱身3~4組
W槓做到累
捲腹的那個拉繩的機器做三頭肌 3組
星期四 二頭:
捲腹熱身3~4組
集中彎舉 從35磅 一直遞減到8KG
站姿錘式 7KG 擠到不想擠或是懶了
我的問題:
從87KG減到現在 雖然有消一些脂肪了 但還是好胖
尤其是之前的副乳 現在還掛在胸前 讓整個胸型變得好奇怪
雖然體脂量都是22~18 但是感覺好肥阿 體脂應該有25吧 冏
因為最近兩個月有活動 希望能把副乳消掉 或是變小一點
希望大大能開一下菜單 或是哪裡要改進的
只是這樣吃 最近遇到幾個情況
跑步發現都是右腳在出力 左腳之前有翻船過 感覺下意識不敢出力
有時候都跑到快結束才發現這情況 特意用左腳出力有好比較多 呼吸也比較不喘
是我錯覺還是真的有差
但是最近做完重訓之後
尤其是背做到 我不想把身體挺直的地步
那幾天都會莫名其妙的疲累 尤其是在補習班上完或上到一半的時候
都會莫名其妙的焦躁和疲累
但是回家要跑步前或是跑步後 吃完宵夜 大概過一下 身體又感覺像充電一樣
整個亢奮起來 要睡也睡不著 整個熬夜下去
不知道是吃的東西還是熬夜的關係 這幾個星期 狀況都很差
尤其推胸可以到6~8下 掉成1~2下 有時候1下也推不起來
另外背有肌群是會影響到胸的嘛
有一次把次序做反
隔天一推 感覺背好無力 臥推整個推推不起來 身體軟軟的感覺=口=""
還有左邊肌肉感受性都好差 請問這是正常的嘛><"?
